Secure member website

• View personalized plan details
  This includes your specific health plan information, treatment plans and more.

• Check claim status and history
  This means you can stay updated on whether your medical claim has been approved, denied or is still in review.

• Access and print member ID card
  The cards will have your member ID and a phone number to call with questions. Your providers will need your card to confirm coverage.

• Manage prescription drugs and find pharmacies

• Find in-network doctors and dentists

• Find forms for claims, reimbursements and more

• Submit reimbursement requests online
  This request may be for specialist copays or non-covered prescriptions.

Set up your secure member website 

If you’re new to the website, you have the option to create an account that is secure and keeps your information private. To create a new user account registration, head to AllinaHealthAetnaMedicare.com/Register. Then you will need to provide some basic information, including: 

• Your name
• Your ZIP code
• Your Allina Health | Aetna member ID number (It's located on your member ID card.)
• Your username and password (This stays the same, even if you change the type of plan you have with us.)
